Non-Quality Issues

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchase, or non-quality-related reasons. If your product is not defective or damaged, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

For Quality-Related Issues

If you experience any defects or damage due to manufacturing or quality issues, please contact us within the timelines below:

  1. Within 14 days of receipt: Eligible for free repair or replacement (subject to assessment).
  2. Between 15 to 30 days of receipt: Eligible for repair service only.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

Repair & Replacement Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email confirming receipt and the result of the assessment.

  • If approved, We will proceed with the repair or replacement of your product and notify you once the item is ready to be shipped back.
  • If not approved: We will inform you of the reason, and the product can be returned to you at your cost.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged due to manufacturing issues. If you require a replacement for the same model, please contact our support team before sending the item.
